Integrated, Multi-Test Instrument

Tenderscot is unique. It is the only instrument available that can carryout the 3 popular tests used by scientists and processors.

It can objectively measure the tenderness of meat through shearing force with a slicing blade or via compression with a tooth. Results can be exported direct to a PC.

Due to its size, simplicity and speed of operation, Tenderscot can be used to measure samples at any stage in the meat producing process – from abattoir to point of sale. This allows meat processors to quality control their product.

Tenderscot is a key tool in supporting a value-based marketing approach to promoting meat tenderness as a quality mark.
